The Online Fellowship in Stroke and Vascular Neurology is a transformative nine-month journey for committed physicians worldwide. Founded in 2020 to address the global need for advanced stroke expertise, this program has already equipped over 90+ specialists who are actively redefining stroke care standards across diverse healthcare settings.

Our unique blended learning approach combines independent study with interactive weekly sessions and real-world case discussions led by top stroke experts. Graduates emerge as skilled leaders equipped to elevate stroke care, establish stroke centers, and impact healthcare systems worldwide.

Course Description:

This 9-month online fellowship is designed for physicians involved in stroke care, with a focus on training neurologists who can lead, supervise, and improve stroke services across different levels of the healthcare system. Participants will deepen their understanding of cerebrovascular disease, master evidence-based acute and preventive management, and gain skills to develop and optimize stroke units and systems of care.

  3. Empower you with neurocritical care management skills for cerebrovascular patients


Target Audience:

Neurology trainees, recent graduates, medical specialists treating stroke, physicians’ assistants, researchers, and interventional neuroradiologists.

Course Duration (2026 Cohort):

  • Total duration: 9 months.
  • Proposed start date: 1 February 2026.
  • Longitudinal case discussions and modular content are distributed across the course period.


Course Methodology:

  • Blended learning model.
  • Self-directed, asynchronous study using recorded lectures, self-paced modules, and assignments.
  • Weekly live, interactive online sessions for case discussions, Q&A, and feedback.
  • Module-based progression, with a typical workload of approximately 2–4 hours per week.
  • Formative and summative assessments (pre-tests, quizzes, assignments, and post-tests) within each module.
